Math Teacher – Cycle 1‑3 – Abu Dhabi & Al Ain (2026‑2027)

About the role

We are seeking qualified Math Teachers for Cycle 1, Cycle 2 and Cycle 3 placements in charter schools across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain for the 2026‑2027 academic year. The successful candidates will deliver engaging, personalised mathematics instruction and support each student in reaching their full academic potential.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen subject‑area expertise.
• Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with grade‑by‑grade learning standards.
• Coordinate lesson plans with fellow teachers to reinforce interdisciplinary learning.
• Provide both direct and indirect instruction, adapting plans to individual student needs.
• Prepare students for all required assessments and evaluate their progress.
• Produce quarterly individual achievement reports for parents.
• Create an inviting, innovative classroom environment and manage behaviour effectively.
• Incorporate feedback and coaching from administrative staff.
• Serve as an advisor, organising advisory groups and monitoring academic and behavioural progress.
• Support the ADEK National Identity initiative and perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (QFE Level 7) in Mathematics or a related field, properly attested and UAE‑equivalency certified.
• Recognised teaching qualification (Teaching diploma, PGCE, QTS or equivalent).
• Valid IELTS band 6 for non‑native English speakers.
• Minimum two years of experience teaching mathematics.
