Math Teacher – Secondary/High School

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Math Teacher to join our international school in Star Al Qusais. The role involves delivering high‑quality mathematics instruction to secondary and high‑school students, preparing them for examinations and further education. You will work within a community that prioritises student wellbeing, safety and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum and lesson plans for secondary/high school students.
• Deliver engaging and effective instruction.
• Assess and monitor student learning and progress.
• Prepare students for exams and post‑secondary education.
• Identify and address potential safeguarding and health & safety issues, following ISP policies.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive environment that promotes student wellbeing and safety.

Required profile

• Degree in education or a related field.
• Teaching certification and experience in secondary/high school education.
• Demonstrated commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practices as outlined by ISP.

Required skills

• Strong subject matter expertise and instructional skills.
• Excellent classroom management and communication abilities.
• Ability to engage and motivate secondary/high school students.
