Mechanical Engineer – Luxury Villa Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, coordination, and on‑site execution of mechanical systems for luxury villa and high‑end residential projects across the UAE. The role ensures all installations meet approved drawings, specifications, local regulations, and the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise installation of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, gray‑water, and firefighting systems.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, technical specifications, and method statements.
• Manage HVAC solutions including VRF/VRV units and chilled water systems.
• Supervise domestic water supply, hot/cold water piping, and drainage networks.
• Resolve design clashes with civil, architectural, electrical, and interior teams.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, quality, and project milestones.
• Arrange inspections, testing, balancing, commissioning, and authority approvals.
• Support QA/QC inspections, snagging, and final handover.
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and material tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in mechanical engineering for building construction.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience.
• Proven experience on luxury villa or high‑end residential projects.

Required skills

• HVAC system design and installation.
• VRF/VRV and chilled water systems.
• Domestic water supply, drainage, and gray‑water networks.
• Firefighting system installation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of UAE mechanical codes and international standards.
