Mechanical Engineer – Offshore EPC Projects

About the role

We are seeking a senior Mechanical Engineer to lead offshore EPC projects for our client ADNOC and other Tier‑1 contractors. The role involves managing complex brownfield construction, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, and delivering safe, on‑time results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering activities on offshore platform construction and live facility modifications.
• Coordinate SIMOPS, shutdown execution, and multi‑discipline construction management.
• Develop and monitor construction schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
• Interface with stakeholders, manage PTW and SIMOPS systems, and ensure HSE compliance.
• Oversee handover and asset integration using SAP or Maximo.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Mandatory offshore construction experience, preferably on ADNOC offshore brownfield projects.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in offshore environments.
