Mechanical Foreman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to lead mechanical activities on construction sites in Dubai. The role involves hands‑on supervision of pumps, motors, valves, cylinders and over‑pumping works, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the project.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all mechanical tasks at the project site.
• Lead technicians and site workers during daily operations.
• Oversee over‑pumping works and ensure smooth execution.
• Manage installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of pumps, motors, valves, cylinders and hoses.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors and other site teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve mechanical and site‑related issues promptly.
• Maintain proper use and care of tools and equipment.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience as a Mechanical Foreman in the construction industry.
• Hands‑on experience with over‑pumping works.
• Strong knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, cylinders and hoses.
• Good understanding of site operations and workforce supervision.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Effective communication and team coordination skills.
