Media And Digital Coordinator UAE National

About the role

The Media and Digital Coordinator will support the Marketing & Communication department in daily operations, handling administrative tasks and facilitating internal communication. This position is aimed at UAE nationals and is based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day administration of marketing and communication activities.
• Prepare and distribute reports by gathering data from standard sources.
• Support the design and selection of storage, network and client/server solutions in line with best practices.
• Provide third‑line escalation support for global infrastructure queries.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal clients and contribute to partnership management.
• Participate in creating architecture blueprints and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Contribute to project delivery by executing assigned tasks within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated on relevant technologies, regulations and industry best practices through continuous learning.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary non‑tertiary education.
• Strong understanding of straightforward procedures and systems.
• No prior general or managerial experience required.
• Ability to follow established procedures and seek supervisor approval for deviations.
