Medical Advisor – Vaccines (Gulf Region)

About the role

We are seeking a Medical Advisor for Vaccines to lead medical affairs activities across the Gulf region. The role focuses on translating global medical strategies into local actions, fostering scientific exchange, and supporting clinical research to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the country medical affairs plan for vaccines, aligning with global goals.
• Engage with external scientific community, including societies and health organizations, to provide balanced, non‑promotional scientific information.
• Lead Group Input Meetings, consolidate medical insights, and inform company strategies.
• Design and deliver scientific educational activities and training for commercial, access, sales, and regulatory teams.
• Support clinical research by identifying suitable sites and investigators, and assist with pharmacovigilance reporting.
• Provide access support for pre‑license patient access initiatives.

Required profile

• Physician or pharmacist degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within Medical Affairs.
• Experience in the vaccines therapeutic area is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, networking, and presentation abilities.
