Medical Representative – Cord Blood Stem Cell Banking

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Medical Representative to promote our cord blood stem cell banking services across Dubai and the GCC. The successful candidate will engage healthcare professionals, build brand awareness and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote cord blood stem cell banking services to doctors and relevant specialists.
• Deliver presentations and educational content to increase awareness.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify and approach potential clinics and medical centres (gynecology, dermatology, orthopaedics, cosmetic surgery).
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and support marketing campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and manage leads using Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Represent the company at conferences, events and medical forums.
• Ensure compliance with medical regulations and submit activity reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, marketing or business.
• Fluency in Arabic.
• Proven sales and marketing experience in healthcare or medical services.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel within Dubai and the GCC.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM (or similar) proficiency.
