Meditation Facilitator

About the role

The Meditation Facilitator designs and leads guided meditation and mindfulness sessions for VVIP guests and wellness clients within a luxury hospitality setting. The role enhances emotional well‑being, relaxation, and holistic healing while upholding the highest standards of discretion and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group guided meditation sessions, including mindfulness, breathing techniques, stress reduction, and visualization.
• Develop customized meditation programs tailored to guest needs such as stress management, sleep improvement, and recovery.
• Collaborate with wellness, medical, and hospitality teams to align sessions with overall guest care plans.
• Create a calm, safe, and supportive environment, ensuring meditation spaces are clean, well‑ambiented, and ready for use.
• Support wellness events, retreats, and special VVIP programs, providing gentle guidance on breathing and relaxation practices.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, professional documentation, and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Certification in Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga, or a related wellness discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in wellness centres, luxury hospitality, retreats, or healthcare environments.
• Experience working with high‑profile or VIP clients is preferred.
• Strong communication, calming interpersonal skills, and a professional appearance.
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and ability to maintain discretion.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
