Member Experience Associate

About the role

As the Member Experience Associate you will be the human heartbeat of Musly’s global community. You’ll welcome new members, craft communications, and help create memorable events that connect founders, investors, creators and leaders across our cities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for members via email and in‑app messaging, delivering warm, on‑brand communication.
• Onboard new members and facilitate thoughtful introductions across the network.
• Plan, coordinate and execute member experiences and events, from intimate dinners to larger gatherings in multiple cities.
• Write member‑facing content such as welcome emails, announcements, event invitations and monthly updates.
• Collect member feedback, identify trends and share insights with the team.
• Support product, marketing and operations initiatives as needed.
• Maintain accurate member records and keep the CRM up to date.
• Attend all meetings and report directly to the CEO, handling ad‑hoc generalist tasks.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 0–2 years of professional experience, eager to grow quickly.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High emotional intelligence and genuine passion for building relationships.
• Organised, reliable and detail‑obsessed.
• Culturally fluent and comfortable engaging with a global Muslim professional community.
• Scrappy generalist who thrives on variety, ambiguity and ownership.
• Based in Dubai (flexible on exact location, no relocation required).
