About the role
We are looking for a Member Experience Executive to be the first point of contact for members and guests at Wellfit Masaar in Sharjah. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and reinforcing the Wellfit brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet members and visitors, answer inquiries and provide information about facilities and services.
- Maintain a clean and inviting reception area.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with members to encourage loyalty.
- Handle member feedback, resolve issues promptly, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate events and promotions.
Required profile
- Friendly, proactive and customer‑focused attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required.
