About the role
The Membership Consultant will act as the front‑line sales ambassador for Fitness First’s Dubai club, helping prospective members understand the range of membership options and guiding them through the enrolment process.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets through a hands‑on service approach.
- Present clear, thorough membership options to potential new members.
- Provide excellent customer service to both members and non‑members.
- Drive new membership sales on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Master the eight stages of the sales process and apply company sales ratios.
Required profile
- Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to meet targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑focused mindset and ability to deliver high‑quality service.
- Understanding of basic sales metrics and processes.
