Membership Sales & Retention Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Membership Sales & Retention Manager to lead our Abu Dhabi fitness club’s sales and member‑retention efforts. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets, growing the membership base, and ensuring high member satisfaction through effective retention strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Membership Consultants to meet or exceed the club’s sales budget.
• Oversee Member Retention Consultants to achieve leaver‑reduction goals and net membership gain.
• Drive daily, weekly and monthly new membership sales through proactive lead generation.
• Monitor and improve retention rates by delivering excellent customer service to members and prospects.
• Handle member inquiries promptly, providing solution‑oriented responses.
• Track performance against targets and report results to senior management.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in membership sales, fitness club sales or a similar commercial environment.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve budgeted results.
• Strong focus on targets, goal‑driven mindset and solution‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, “can‑do” attitude with a customer‑service orientation.
