About the role

Join TikTok LIVE’s fast‑growing team in Dubai as a MENA Operations Project Intern. You will work on short‑term, high‑impact projects that give you real‑world experience in creator management, content analysis, and live‑stream campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of TikTok LIVE, including creator onboarding and performance monitoring.
• Analyze live‑content trends, user behavior, and creator metrics to inform business decisions.
• Assist in planning and executing live events, campaigns, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and regional teams to improve the creator experience.
• Contribute ideas to enhance monetization efficiency and community health.

Required profile

• Graduating in 2026 or 2027, or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher (STEM, Communication, Marketing, or PR preferred).
• Available for a full‑time internship of at least 4 months (6 months preferred) starting January or June 2026.
• Fluent in Arabic (C1 level or above) and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work cross‑functionally.
