About the role
The MEP CAD Draftsman will create and refine mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design drafts, ensuring they meet safety and structural standards while supporting project delivery in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Present rough design drafts for client approval.
- Ensure product designs comply with safety and structural requirements.
- Generate solid and surface CAD models using AutoCAD.
- Blend technical accuracy with aesthetic considerations to produce final designs.
- Provide multiple design perspectives to improve construction adaptations.
- Prepare both rough sketches and detailed drawings with CADD systems.
- Perform calculations for material quantities and weight limits.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers, incorporating feedback into drawings.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or related diploma/ITI.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Gulf countries.
- Must be locally available in the UAE.
- Ability to start within a week.
