MEP Estimator – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Estimator to join our Dubai office. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for mechanical, electrical and plumbing works on large‑scale construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with design and project teams to ensure budgets align with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP works.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications and scope.
• Utilize estimation software to generate bills of quantities.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing.
• Maintain accuracy in cost calculations and documentation.
• Support negotiation and tender processes.
• Update and maintain estimation databases and records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years experience as an MEP Estimator in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, blueprints and project specifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
