MEP Project Manager – Construction & Engineering

About the role

The MEP Project Manager will lead the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works for residential, commercial and industrial projects. You will ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards while meeting client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic project plans to guarantee timely delivery.
• Monitor project performance in terms of time, cost, health‑safety‑environment (HSE) and quality.
• Manage contractual correspondence with clients regarding delays and cost impacts.
• Coordinate design and manufacturing activities with suppliers and contractors.
• Participate in contract negotiations and finalisation with stakeholders.
• Oversee invoice preparation, budget tracking and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Lead engineering, safety, facilities and production teams to meet specifications.
• Supervise site managers, supervisors and technicians during installation and commissioning.
• Prepare cost estimates for planning, organising and scheduling work.
• Generate progress reports, planned value, invoice and cash‑flow projections.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing MEP projects in the construction sector.
• Strong ability to plan strategically and control project budgets.
• Effective communication skills for client and stakeholder liaison.
