MEP Project Manager – High‑Rise Tower Projects

About the role

CSCEC Middle East is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the delivery of newly awarded high‑rise tower projects in Dubai. You will own the full project lifecycle, from documentation and approvals to construction, testing, commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a multidisciplinary team, assign duties, and monitor quality and performance.
• Prepare, submit and track all project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, method statements, claims, variations and EOT requests.
• Coordinate cash‑flow tracking, progress reporting and long‑lead‑item procurement.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, health‑and‑safety policies and quality standards.
• Lead technical discussions with suppliers, negotiate prices, and resolve material and drawing issues.
• Facilitate meetings with consultants, clients, authorities and support the approval process.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover procedures, delivering complete documentation to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP project management on high‑rise construction.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, claims management and cash‑flow control.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of local regulations is a plus.
