MEP Project Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading Tier One MEP contractor in the UAE, is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead large‑scale MEP construction projects in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major MEP construction projects from award to completion.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and client relationships.
• Oversee project planning, procurement, cost control and programme delivery.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with commercial, planning, engineering and site teams to achieve objectives.
• Attend client meetings and provide regular progress updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering major MEP projects in the UAE.
• Proven experience with a recognised Tier One MEP contractor.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE construction practices and regulations.
