MEP Project Manager

About the role

The MEP Project Manager will lead the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects for residential, commercial and industrial buildings. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards while meeting client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic project plans, monitoring time, cost, HSE and quality performance.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and contractors on design, manufacturing and contractual matters.
• Negotiate contracts and manage invoicing, budget tracking and cash‑flow reporting.
• Supervise site managers, supervisors and technicians during installation and commissioning.
• Prepare estimates, progress reports, planned value and cash‑flow projections.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing MEP projects in the construction sector.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling and HSE compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and stakeholders.
