Microsoft Dynamics System Administrator – Onsite Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics System Administrator to join our UAE enterprise ERP/CRM team. The role is full‑time, onsite in Dubai, and focuses on maintaining and optimizing the Dynamics 365 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (FinOps/CRM) infrastructure, Service Fabric clusters, and LCS environments.
• Perform database administration for MS SQL Server, including backup, recovery, replication, and performance tuning.
• Manage package deployments, application version upgrades, SSIS integrations, and API integration points.
• Build automated monitoring tools, manage batch jobs, user security roles, and routine operational workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and coordinate with vendors and Microsoft for licensing and escalations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of database and system administration experience in enterprise settings.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations and CRM administration.
• Expert‑level experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2012+) and performance tuning.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server (2016+) and Microsoft Azure administration.
