About the role
Ericsson is seeking a senior Microsoft Infrastructure & Collaboration Subject Matter Expert to join its IT Operations team. The role focuses on delivering expert-level administration, troubleshooting, and operational support for Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Entra ID and related cloud and on‑premise services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide L3/SME support for Exchange On‑Premises, Exchange Online and hybrid environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Exchange servers, mailboxes, databases, mail flow and connectors.
- Support Active Directory Domain Services, including DNS, Group Policy, replication and authentication.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) identities, groups and roles.
- Lead complex incident resolution, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Support Azure Virtual Desktop, host pools, session hosts, FSLogix profiles and user connectivity.
- Administer Windows Server, Enterprise Vault, SCCM/MECM, SCOM, SharePoint and Intune.
- Perform infrastructure patching, upgrades, maintenance and vulnerability remediation.
- Develop PowerShell automation for operational tasks.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks and recovery procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure and IT operations.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Exchange, Active Directory, Entra ID and related services.
- Experience supporting large‑scale enterprise production environments.
- Proven troubleshooting, analytical and incident‑management skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and platforms such as ServiceNow or HPSM.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and collaborate across technical teams.
