Mid Level Interior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Mid Level Interior Designer to join our retail design team in Dubai. You will work closely with senior designers and project managers to deliver innovative store concepts that align with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop complete architectural drawings for retail projects, incorporating the latest materials, lighting, and digital technologies.
• Liaise with shop‑fitters, internal and external teams, and retailers to ensure smooth and accurate installations.
• Communicate regularly with senior designers, project managers, and retailer technical departments to obtain design approvals and meet delivery schedules.
• Review and approve construction drawings and material specifications provided by nominated shop‑fitters.
• Conduct on‑site visits during and after installations to assess build quality and resolve any snagging issues.

Required profile

• Proficient computer skills with experience in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
• Strong appreciation for design, understanding of shop‑fitting and construction processes, and keen attention to detail within a retail environment.
