Mid-Level React JS Developer

About the role

We are looking for a talented Mid-Level React JS Developer to join our Operations team. You will help build and maintain scalable, user‑friendly web applications that support critical business functions, working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high‑quality front‑end applications using React.js and its ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure consistency and architectural compliance.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and a seamless user experience.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance to projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
