Middle East & Africa Trainer Manager

About the role

We are Pierre Fabre Laboratories, a global leader in pharma and dermo‑cosmetics, seeking a Middle East & Africa Trainer Manager to drive training excellence across our export markets. The role combines scientific expertise with commercial training delivery to distributors, healthcare professionals and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs for distributor field forces, beauty advisors, pharmacists and internal teams, adapting materials for scientific, commercial and digital audiences.
• Act as the scientific referent for Export markets, organizing scientific meetings, congresses and round‑tables with healthcare professionals and supporting post‑marketing studies.
• Create engaging training content such as e‑learning modules, videos, interactive tools, games, quizzes and assessments, and monitor training effectiveness.
• Collect and share competitive and market intelligence to ensure training content reflects the latest scientific and regulatory updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training roles within pharma, dermo‑cosmetics or healthcare.
• Strong scientific knowledge with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both online and offline.
• Digital fluency for e‑learning and virtual training tools.
• Organised, proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent business English.
