Middle East Performance Manager

About the role

The Middle East Performance Manager will drive and optimise commercial performance of Pierre Fabre’s brands across the Middle East. This senior role combines strategic planning, performance monitoring and cross‑functional collaboration to achieve sales targets and market‑share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance strategies for all Pierre Fabre brands in the region, aligning with global objectives and local market dynamics.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs such as sales revenue, market share, profitability and customer engagement across channels.
• Identify opportunities and challenges, proposing data‑driven solutions to optimise performance.
• Collaborate with local marketing, sales and supply‑chain teams to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies.
• Manage budgets for performance initiatives, ensuring optimal ROI.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to capture trends and consumer insights.
• Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Lead regional performance improvement projects, including promotional campaigns, product launches and digital initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in performance management, commercial analysis or similar roles within FMCG, pharmaceutical or beauty sectors.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and market‑share in complex markets.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with Business Intelligence platforms.
