Middle Office Analyst Coding – Dubai – Relocation Required

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Middle Office Analyst with strong coding abilities to join our Dubai team. You will work within a small, dynamic group, handling a variety of operational tasks while leading key initiatives that support the broader investment business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee trade instruction and settlement, position reconciliation, corporate actions, fund expense payment processing and cash management.
• Prepare regular regulatory reports and filings.
• Handle custodian and brokerage account opening and month‑end NAV calculations.
• Monitor compliance, investment restrictions and support the Co‑Chief Investment Officer.
• Develop and maintain internal policies, procedures and controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a middle‑office or fund administration role, preferably on the buy‑side.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple operational tasks.
• Familiarity with DIFC/DFSA reporting is a plus.

Required skills

• Python programming for automation and data processing.
