Mid‑Senior Brand & Digital Designer

About the role

Noxara Creative is seeking a versatile mid‑senior designer who can shape brand identities and produce polished digital content. You will work on a variety of projects, from brand systems to social media assets, ensuring high visual quality and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual identities, logos and comprehensive brand systems for new and existing clients.
• Design social media content, campaign assets, decks and marketing materials for digital platforms.
• Produce print collateral such as brochures, posters, flyers and other branded items.
• Manage projects from brief to delivery, maintaining strict attention to detail and deadlines.
• Translate strategic briefs into clear, compelling creative work.
• Support presentations, case studies, templates and asset organization.
• Attend occasional client meetings or site visits when required.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in branding, social media or multidisciplinary graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating identity design and social/content work.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to juggle multiple briefs.
• Confident communicator who works well in a collaborative environment.
• UAE driving licence preferred for client meetings and site visits.

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Figma or Adobe XD for basic web/landing‑page design
• Motion or animation tools for social and video content
• AI productivity tools to boost performance
• Print production knowledge and supplier coordination
