About the role
We are looking for a Mobile Applications Growth Marketer who will drive user acquisition and optimize app performance across iOS and Android platforms. The role combines paid‑media campaign management with organic growth tactics such as App Store Optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute mobile app growth strategies, driving acquisition through paid and organic channels.
- Plan, launch and manage campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok and other advertising platforms.
- Conduct ASO, optimize app store listings and monitor performance metrics (downloads, retention, LTV).
- Analyze data, run A/B tests and refine creatives to improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated with mobile marketing trends and best practices.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in mobile app growth or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of ASO, user acquisition and performance marketing.
- Understanding of iOS and Android app ecosystems.
