MOD Sales Support Engineer

About the role

Join TK Elevator UAE L.L.C as a MOD Sales Support Engineer in Dubai. You will work within the Mod Sal DXB department, providing technical and sales support to deliver elevator and escalator solutions that meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to the sales team during tendering and quotation phases, ensuring accurate and competitive proposals.
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and product specifications tailored to customer projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and customer service to clarify technical aspects and resolve inquiries.
• Engage directly with customers to identify needs and conduct product demonstrations as required.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of TK Elevator’s product portfolio, innovations, and industry standards.
• Share customer feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines throughout sales support activities.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in sales engineering, technical support, or a related role within the elevator, escalator, or building‑technology sectors.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and technical aptitude to translate complex product information into clear customer benefits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams and clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with CAD or similar design software.
