About the role

The Multi-Property Assistant Marketing Manager supports the Sales & Marketing team at Aloft Hotels in Dubai, promoting brand awareness and driving revenue through guest and owner engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the brand internally and externally using effective sales techniques.
• Contact potential owners by phone to arrange preview package sales tours.
• Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview packages and explain presentation details.
• Verify eligibility of individuals before scheduling tours for Marriott Vacation Club properties.
• Provide complimentary gifts such as reward points or show tickets to guests.
• Perform general office duties including filing, emailing, typing, and faxing.
• Accurately receive, record, and relay messages.
• Assist management with training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating staff.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, address service needs, and ensure quality standards.
• Handle objects up to 10 lb without assistance and perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in sales or marketing.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
