About the role
The Multi-Property Assistant Marketing Manager supports brand awareness and sales initiatives across Marriott vacation club properties in Dubai, ensuring guest loyalty and driving revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Promote internal and external brand image and use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
- Contact potential owners by phone to arrange preview package sales tours and explain presentation details.
- Verify eligibility of individuals for preview package tours and schedule qualified appointments.
- Provide complimentary gifts such as rewards points or show tickets to guests.
- Perform general office duties for Sales & Marketing, including filing, emailing, typing, and faxing.
- Handle incoming messages accurately, maintain confidentiality, and support the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least one year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
