Multi-Property Sales Manager – Leisure Travel

About the role

The Multi-Property Sales Manager – Leisure Travel will be responsible for driving leisure and wholesale revenue across St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort and Al Wathba Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa. Working closely with the MP Sales Executive – Leisure Travel, the manager will develop and execute segment strategies, nurture key accounts, and represent the properties at global trade shows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies for the leisure/wholesale segment to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Manage a portfolio of leisure accounts, coordinating sales calls, site inspections, familiarisation trips and client entertainment.
• Identify and acquire new prospect accounts through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Attend domestic and international leisure trade shows, conferences and industry events on behalf of both properties.
• Monitor rate alignment across wholesale channels, ensuring parity and supporting revenue management.
• Prepare and present quarterly sales action plans, track segment performance and report results to senior sales leadership.

Required profile

• Fluency in English; additional EU language (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Manager – Leisure Travel within luxury hotel chains.
• Established network and deep knowledge of the leisure/wholesale market segment.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop and close high‑value leisure business.
• Experience in the Middle East, particularly the UAE, is advantageous.
