About the role
The Door Ambassador is the first and last face of W Hotels for our guests. You will welcome arrivals, assist departures and ensure every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression.
Key responsibilities
- Guide guests through check‑in and check‑out processes, providing personalized service.
- Handle operational tasks such as processing requests, completing reports and sharing local area highlights.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to company policies.
- Perform physical duties including standing, walking and lifting objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- No prior work or supervisory experience required.
- Fluency in Russian, Spanish and Italian.
