About the role

OAC 18 is expanding its Dubai team and seeks experienced real‑estate professionals who are fluent in English, Arabic and French. The role focuses on converting warm leads from targeted marketing campaigns into successful property transactions across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to buyers and investors on Dubai property opportunities.
• Manage and nurture leads generated by OAC 18’s Arabic and French‑focused campaigns.
• Conduct property presentations, viewings and consultations.
• Negotiate terms and guide prospects through the closing process.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with international clients and investors.
• Represent OAC 18 and its developer partners at events and meetings.

Required profile

• Fluency in English, Arabic and French.
• Proven experience in Dubai real‑estate sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence working with international clients and investors.
• Professional, ambitious and client‑focused attitude.
• Residency in the UAE.
