About the role

Aliona Cosmetics is seeking a creative Multimedia Designer to join its Dubai team. The role blends graphic design, video production and on‑camera presentation to support brand‑centric campaigns across social platforms and physical touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design Instagram posts and visual content that reflect the brand identity.
• Create designs for PR boxes, product packaging, event booths and brand activations.
• Support the founder with on‑camera content when required.
• Film and edit short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and other platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and communications team to bring campaigns to life.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in multimedia or graphic design.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
• Based in Dubai, UAE.
• Comfortable appearing on camera when needed.
