Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests at the front desk, handling check‑ins, check‑outs and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house facilities.
• Provide safe and courteous security services throughout the property.
• Support kitchen operations, including food preparation, pastry work and equipment maintenance.
• Deliver spa treatments and ensure a relaxing experience for clients.
• Perform routine maintenance and painting tasks to uphold hotel standards.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in the specific hospitality function applied for.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
