Multiple Hospitality Positions – Manager, Barista, Chef & Waitstaff

About the role

Roasters Specialty Coffee House is expanding its Dubai operations and is looking for experienced hospitality professionals across four key positions: Outlet Manager, Chef de Partie, Barista and Waiter. Each role offers a dynamic, fast‑paced environment focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Outlet Manager – supervise daily floor operations, schedule staff, meet revenue targets and uphold service quality.
• Chef de Partie – manage a kitchen station, prepare dishes according to recipes, and ensure culinary standards.
• Barista – craft specialty coffee drinks, operate espresso equipment and maintain counter hygiene.
• Waiter – take orders, serve food and beverages, set tables, and handle billing.
• All roles – enforce health, safety and sanitation protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the exact role within the UAE hospitality sector.
• Strong guest service and communication abilities.
• Passion for specialty coffee, culinary excellence and food‑and‑beverage operations.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salaries (estimated): Outlet Manager AED 6,000‑9,000; Chef de Partie AED 4,500‑6,500; Barista AED 2,800‑4,000; Waiter AED 2,500‑3,500.
• Full‑time, on‑site positions in a growing specialty coffee house.
