Native‑Level English Teacher (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a native‑level English teacher who is passionate about helping learners become confident and effective communicators. The role involves delivering engaging, interactive English lessons to students of various nationalities and proficiency levels, both in‑person and online.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality English language lessons using a communicative, student‑centered approach.
• Teach General English, Spoken English, Business English, pronunciation and communication skills.
• Provide IELTS, PTE or other exam preparation classes when qualified.
• Conduct one‑to‑one and group classes across different CEFR levels.
• Assess students’ proficiency, identify learning needs and set objectives.
• Prepare structured lesson plans and select appropriate teaching materials.
• Develop learners’ confidence for real‑life and professional speaking situations.
• Give regular, constructive feedback and track attendance and progress.
• Adapt methods and materials to diverse learning styles, abilities and cultural backgrounds.
• Utilise digital tools, multimedia resources and interactive activities to enhance learning.

Required profile

• Native or native‑level English proficiency with excellent spoken and written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics or a related field (preferred).
• CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL or another recognised English‑teaching qualification (preferred).
• Previous experience teaching English as a second language, preferably in a language institute or training centre.
• Experience teaching adult learners from multicultural backgrounds.
• Strong knowledge of English grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary and communication skills.
• Ability to teach across different English proficiency levels.
• Professional, approachable, patient and enthusiastic personality.
• Confidence using technology and online teaching platforms.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on class schedules.
