.NET Developer – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to design, build and support scalable software solutions for asset and structured finance products. You will work in a global technology environment, delivering high‑quality C# applications and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug and maintain C#/.NET applications, including WinForms, web apps, APIs and enterprise services.
• Modernise legacy systems, perform performance tuning and refactoring.
• Participate in technical design and architecture discussions aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable and efficient solutions.
• Support deployments, upgrades and resolve production issues to maintain application stability.
• Troubleshoot defects, provide ongoing technical support and maintain clear documentation.
• Communicate progress and status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of professional experience as a software developer.
• Strong proficiency with the Microsoft .NET stack (C#.NET 8.NET Framework 4.8).
• Hands‑on experience building WinForms, web applications, APIs and using MVC, Web API and TypeScript.
• Experience modernising legacy applications and applying object‑oriented design principles.
• Knowledge of relational databases; exposure to NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Linux and DevOps tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence and Postman.
• Exposure to Python and VBA for automation is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
