Network and Desktop Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Network and Desktop Support Engineer to provide end‑user IT assistance for more than 1,500 users across several locations in Dubai. You will be responsible for maintaining Windows workstations, printers, and a range of enterprise applications while ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site and remote support for Windows desktops, laptops and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot printers from Xerox, HP, Canon, Kyocera and Brother.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, Exchange and OneDrive.
• Perform Active Directory user management, password resets and permission updates.
• Diagnose and resolve LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN and internet connectivity issues.
• Support enterprise applications such as SAP, Autodesk, Adobe and Keyloop.
• Configure and maintain meeting‑room video‑conferencing and collaboration equipment.
• Manage endpoints and service tickets using ManageEngine Endpoint Central and ServiceDesk Plus.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and meet SLA targets for incident resolution.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting mindset with a focus on end‑user satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple business locations.
• Experience supporting a large user base in a fast‑paced environment.
