Network Engineer (Dubai)

About the role

The Network Engineer will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's network infrastructure to ensure reliable performance for ongoing IT projects and daily operations across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls and VPN solutions.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues and resolve outages promptly.
• Perform network configuration, upgrades and security hardening in line with best practices.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to deploy network solutions for various projects.
• Plan capacity, ensure scalability and redundancy for future growth.
• Document network topology, IP schemes and configuration details.
• Conduct regular system checks and performance evaluations.
• Travel to client sites within the UAE for installations, troubleshooting and support.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls and VPN technologies.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Own car and a valid driving licence are required.
