New Business Development Internship

About the role

Vision Investment is looking for a motivated intern to support its New Business Development team. You will work closely with senior analysts and external advisors to prepare bid documents, financial models, and cost benchmarks for upcoming projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing bids, presentations, and submission documents.
• Review RFPs, provide feedback on terms, and run scenario analyses in financial models.
• Develop cost models, perform benchmarking, and maintain bid trackers.
• Coordinate with external advisors (financial, legal, tax, accounting) and review their deliverables.
• Support lenders by supplying data for assessments and participate in due‑diligence discussions.
• Analyse financial statements of project stakeholders and evaluate financing structures.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute proactively.

Required skills

• Accounting and financial statement analysis.
• Excel financial modelling, including formulas, charts, and basic macros.
• Corporate finance concepts such as NPV, IRR, DCF, WACC, and CAPM.
• Basic valuation techniques (comparable company analysis, precedent transactions).
• Due diligence review of project and financing documents.
