New Sales Representative – B2B Software & SaaS

About the role

Seequent is looking for a results‑driven Sales Representative to generate new business for its B2B software and SaaS solutions in the Dubai region. You will identify high‑potential prospects, understand their challenges and position Seequent’s technology as a strategic tool for growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and engage new leads from inbound MQLs, outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and industry events.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of at least three times the sales target, using frameworks such as MEDDPICC and BANT.
• Deliver tailored product presentations, negotiate and close deals while consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Accurately forecast pipeline health and keep CRM records up to date.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English (additional languages a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B software or SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Comfortable with remote collaboration and occasional travel to client sites and events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience using sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, BANT, Insight Selling, Challenger Sale and SPIN.
• Strong forecasting and pipeline management abilities.
