Night Auditor

About the role

The Night Auditor at Novotel World Trade Centre ensures smooth hotel operations during the overnight shift. You will manage guest arrivals and departures, handle financial transactions, and support other departments as needed. This role combines front‑desk service with accounting responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest check‑in and check‑out, verify room rates, and ensure accurate billing.
• Perform the night audit, reconcile guest balances, and cross‑check rates between the Opera Cloud and Micros systems.
• Prepare reports on nightly activities, incidents, and room allocations for early arrivals.
• Assist guests with late‑night requests such as room service, transportation, and information about hotel facilities.
• Communicate hand‑over details to the morning shift and collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a customer‑service or front‑desk role, preferably with some accounting or bookkeeping exposure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Ability to work independently during night hours and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
