Night Dealer (Overnight Trading)

About the role

ADSS is a successful retail and institutional brokerage based in Abu Dhabi that is undergoing a multi‑year transformation to become a data‑driven, client‑centric enterprise. The Night Dealer will manage market risk, execute hedging and trading activities, monitor client flow, support revenue generation, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide overnight coverage for the Dealing Desk from 22:00 to 06:00.

Key responsibilities

• Execute market trades across asset classes within approved risk limits.
• Monitor client flow and exposure and implement hedging strategies.
• Support pricing optimisation and dealing desk performance initiatives.
• Produce an in‑depth handover to the next dealer on shift.
• Collaborate with Sales, Risk, Operations, Platform Support and Compliance teams.
• Assist with dealing projects, platform enhancements and process improvements.
• Maintain relationships with liquidity providers and prime brokers.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of CFD broker experience.
• Experience in trading/dealing or risk roles is advantageous.
