NOC Manager

About the role

Sindstrøm Tek is looking for an experienced NOC Manager to lead the monitoring and operational reliability of its Dubai CDN node. You will act as the local point of contact while collaborating closely with global engineering, data‑centre operators and carrier partners to keep the network running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day NOC operations and network monitoring for the Dubai CDN node.
• Monitor availability, latency, performance and connectivity, and coordinate rapid response to incidents.
• Lead incident management, troubleshooting and escalation of network outages.
• Maintain operational procedures, escalation processes and up‑to‑date network documentation.
• Support implementation of network changes, upgrades and maintenance activities.
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure alignment with Sindstrøm Tek’s global NOC, security and network standards.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on experience in telecommunications, ISP, data‑centre or large‑scale IP network environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously within a distributed, international team.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on network reliability.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with engineering, carriers and leadership.
