Nurse Assistant – Full Time in Dubai

About the role

The Nurse Assistant supports nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering safe, compassionate, and high‑quality patient care. The position involves assisting with daily care needs, monitoring basic health conditions, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record basic health indicators, including temperature and blood pressure.
• Maintain hygiene standards and ensure patient comfort throughout the shift.
• Prepare and organize patient areas, including beds and equipment, according to facility protocols.
• Follow healthcare standards and facility procedures to ensure safe delivery of care.

Required profile

• Certificate or qualification in Nursing Assistance, Healthcare Assistance, or a related field (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of patient care, infection control, and first‑aid procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team and handle shift work.
• Compassionate, responsible, and respectful attitude toward patients.
