Nursery Manager (Female) – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Female Nursery Manager to lead our day‑nursery operations across several locations in the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Shamkha, Al Ain, Fujairah and Ajman. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, flexible childcare for families in the local community while maintaining the highest standards of safety and education.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement age‑appropriate curricula and teaching pedagogy.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, coaching and performance evaluations.
• Build strong relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and fostering trust.
• Maintain accurate records, budgets and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
• Coordinate with multiple site locations to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a senior childcare or educational management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are preferred.
• Familiarity with Middle East cultural context.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and relationship‑building abilities.
