Nursery Manager

About the role

Green Grass Nursery is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead daily operations at its Manara location in Dubai for the 2026‑2027 academic year. This full‑time, on‑site leadership role will have a direct impact on children, families, and a dedicated team of educators.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the EYFS curriculum and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Schedule staff, mentor educators, and coordinate professional development.
• Ensure safeguarding policies and KHDA regulatory standards are fully complied with.
• Manage family relations, admissions processes, and parent communications.
• Oversee facility coordination and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of nursery management experience in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS; experience with Reggio Emilia is a plus.
• Current safeguarding training and child‑protection expertise.
• Excellent English communication skills and familiarity with UAE nursery regulations and KHDA requirements.
